anim6's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their anim6 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
anim6 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. anim6 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Platform.

Dispute Submission: All formal dispute submissions must be made in writing to anim6 support. anim6 will acknowledge receipt of your dispute within five (5) business days and aim to provide a substantive response within thirty (30) business days.
